Uniting hand-harvested and gently pressed Fetească Albă, Riesling, and Chardonnay, this Blanc Cuvée gains its elegance from 12 months of bottle fermentation. Pale straw in colour, it opens with aromas of white peach, jasmine and acacia, lifted citrus zest and subtle honey.
On the palate, bright acidity and creamy mousse intertwine with delicate brioche and orchard fruit, creating a balanced, vibrant profile that culminates in a refreshing, lingering finish, showcasing both harmony and finesse.
Pairing
Excellent as an elegant aperitif, or alongside oysters, sushi, alpine cheeses, or charcuterie.
