Welcome to Wine Treasures. We create meaningful wine experiences rooted in taste, connection, and seasonal inspiration. We kindly ask you to read these Terms & Conditions before booking an event or placing an order.

By accessing our website, booking an experience, or purchasing wine, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age & Eligibility

1. You must be 18 years or older to attend our events or purchase wine.
2. We may ask for identification upon entry to events or at delivery.

2. Event Bookings

1. Event reservations are confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
3. We encourage mindful and respectful enjoyment throughout each experience.

3. Cancellation & Refunds (Events)

1. You may cancel up to 10 days before the event for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.
3. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
4. If an event is rescheduled or cancelled by us, you may request a full refund or credit toward another event, if relevant.

4. Food, Allergens & Dietary Considerations

1. Some experiences include food pairings curated in collaboration with restaurant or catering partners.
2. If you have dietary requirements or allergies, we kindly invite you to contact the restaurant or caterer directly in advance. We are happy to support the connection.
3. While efforts are made to honour preferences, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
4. Guests are responsible for choosing food and wine according to their personal needs. Please enjoy responsibly.

5. Conduct & Personal Responsibility

1. By attending an event, you agree to drink responsibly.
2. You are responsible for arranging safe transportation after the event.
3. We are not liable for personal belongings, accidents, or personal injury during events.

6. Online Wine Purchases

1. Prices are shown in CHF unless otherwise noted.
2. Availability may vary; If a wine becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a comparable replacement or a refund.
3. All wine should be consumed responsibly and in moderation.

7. Payment

1. We offer various secure payment options (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, TWINT, PayPal, depending on availability).
2. Payment is taken at the time of purchase or booking.

8. Photography & Media

1. Photos may be taken during events to capture atmosphere and moments of enjoyment.
2. These may be used across our website and social media channels.
3. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know upon arrival — we will gladly accommodate.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All branding, photography, event materials, designs, and written content belong to Wine Treasures and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

1. Issues caused by misuse of alcohol,
2. Event disruption due to external circumstances,
3. Third-party services such as shipping companies or catering partners.
4. You attend events and consume products at your own discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
